Availability and the preview

The public service is coming soon unless signup is explicitly enabled. Website examples are fictional demonstrations, not customer research, live monitoring results or promises about a particular business. Proposed prices are not a charge or a commitment to provide a service before checkout becomes available.

Your account and authorized use

Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and access only work you are authorized to use. Do not attempt to read another account's research, bypass allowance limits or interfere with the service.

Do not submit material you lack permission to process. Uploading a document or entering a URL does not establish redistribution rights, grant access behind a login, preserve legal privilege or make the document complete.

The research agreement

Each project has a scope: its objective, subjects, questions, accessible sources, output, maintenance policy and allowance. Approving the plan authorizes work within that agreement. Material additions should show their scope and maximum usage before execution.

Research once creates a dated result. Maintaining a project authorizes the displayed recurring checks and analysis. Coverage depends on access, supported formats, source availability and the approved allowance. A recent job timestamp is not a guarantee that every statement is current.

Evidence and judgment

Generated research can contain errors, omissions or unresolved disagreement. Inspect important citations, definitions and dates. Company statements remain attributed statements; a source link alone does not prove a conclusion.

Stillwise is not a brokerage, investment adviser, legal citator or medical service. It does not establish suitability, guarantee returns, certify compliance, place trades or issue legal judgments. Supported research includes accessible general sources, selected US federal regulatory publications and PubMed-indexed medical and scientific literature. Source coverage does not establish complete legal authority, exhaustive clinical evidence or individual treatment suitability.

Reports, revisions and your material

You retain your rights in material you provide. You authorize the processing needed to fulfill your approved project and operate the workspace. Your private research does not become a public training dataset or a publicly shared report merely by using the service.

Starting an approved assignment produces a generated working baseline; it is not a user review decision. Substantive later revisions are proposed separately for review. Accepting an update records a review decision; it is not independent proof of the update's truth. Previous versions preserve the dated record subject to deletion and retention policies.

When enabled in the plan, Stillwise can prepare cited briefs, checklists and questions inside your workspace. Marking an item done or exporting it does not verify its conclusions, accept a report revision or authorize messages, filings or other actions outside Stillwise.

Downloaded reports are snapshots and do not update outside the service. Sharing and exports remain subject to your rights in the included material. Do not use a report export to redistribute full licensed publications without permission.

Plans and usage

When billing is enabled, checkout displays the current price, billing interval, included capacity and applicable taxes. Project capacity, tracked subjects, watched sources and research credits are separate limits. Credits are service allowance units, not cash or a fixed number of model tokens.

No automatic overages or auto-recharge are enabled by default. A quoted maximum cannot be exceeded without further authorization. Provider failure and useful partial results are reflected in job status and usage records. Internal retries should not duplicate a charge.

Pausing and cancellation

Pausing coverage stops future scheduled work according to the control shown, while preserving the project. Subscription cancellation takes effect under the billing terms displayed when you purchase. Cancellation is not automatic deletion.

Access to retained work and export follows the published retention policy. We do not promise indefinite free storage. Refund, dormant-account and production retention terms will be disclosed before paid launch.

Service changes and interruptions

Sources may become unavailable, jobs may fail and evidence may be incomplete. The workspace should expose these limitations rather than silently treating unchecked research as current. Features or source families may be limited or suspended when access, reliability or rights change.
